Every program at Alignment Is Life take a unique and powerful approach
to restoring your health. This approach is considered "inside-out".
What is an "inside-out" approach? Here are some key characteristics:
1. Dr. Schultz first asks the question, "What systems does the body have to function properly?".
This is important because Dr. Schultz sees that the body already has, in the vast
majority of people, the proper systems to restore and maintain health are already there!
This
includes the immune system, nervous system, digestive system, endocrine system, lymphatic system, and more. They all have
an established role in the body, Dr. Schultz supports those roles and optimizes their functioning with every other system
in the body!
2. The next question Dr. Schultz asks is, "What can I do to support
the systems' proper functioning within the body?".
This question is profound
because instead of replacing or substituting things in the body, Dr. Schultz respects and supports the body and the inherent
wisdom that is already there. A big difference from other approaches!
3. Here is
Dr. Schultz' heirarchy of interventions:
Obviously, see if the patient
is in a state of emergency and send to appropriate place.
1. Check
for optimal nervous system function.
Why do this first? The nervous system's
job is to coordinate ALL the other activities in the body including the functioning of the muscles, organs, glands, and tissues
of the body.
This is done with Dr. Schultz' unique Chiropractic adjusting technique.
After all, how can you truly balance the body without first balancing the system that coordinates all the other systems?
2. Support all the systems with the proper nutrients.
Even with proper commands from the nervous system, the body still needs all the key nutrients from your diet and
from key supplements to execute those commands.
Dr. Schultz only promote the bare
minimun amount of products to reverse problems and promote optimal functioning, but don't expect "magical" results
without supporting the body with the right fuel to run on!
3. Exercise
is critical for total health.
Whether you choose to train with Dr. Schultz
or train on your own, exercise is a vital part of life. The body needs exercise to promote strong muscles and bones, to generate
abundant energy, balance hormone levels, improve brain function, and more.
See exercise
as an important investment in yourself, you will thank yourself later!
