Come back and have that Chiropractor sell you on your exam findings and a huge plan of care.
Enjoy paying your co-pay or less until your insurance runs out and then...WOW! What a bill! All that extra massage, electrical stim, hot packs, acupucture, and other modalities sure weren't cheap, were they?
You are never shown improvements from your initial exam or re-take x-rays to show improvement.

Insurance Policy: The care delivered at Alignment Is Life Health Center, Inc. is considered "spinal maintenance care" and is thus not covered by any insurance plans or Medicare/Medicaid. If you wish you utilize insurance/Medicare/Medicaid I will happily refer you to Chiropractors that will take great care of you! Please be aware of this when signing up for a membership!
Refund policy: No refunds available for previously used months of service. If you pay in advance for care and cannot continue, I will refund months (at the agreed upon monthly rate) you have not used, but not previous or current months you have paid for.
Cancellation policy: To cancel membership, please let Dr. Schultz know in writing that you wish to cancel your membership. This must be made available to Dr. Schultz no fewer than 3 days prior to next billing day of your membership.
Membership: You are paying to have access to Alignment Is Life Health Center, Inc. and to receive unlimited adjustments upon visiting the office. This is not a typical "diagnosis and treatment" practice, it focuses on balancing the spine to optimize brain function, thus allowing the brain to restore balance and order to the body. Recommendations will be made for home care and nutritionally to help relieve presenting symptoms as necessary.
